Find yourself in good company

In Brisbane’s blue-chip suburb of Ascot, Silverstone Developments was preparing to launch a rare residential offering on Racecourse Road, the historic high street at the heart of one of the city’s most established neighbourhoods. The target audience was clear: affluent Baby Boomer rightsizers ready to leave the large family home behind, but unwilling to compromise on quality, community, or lifestyle. They wanted ease without sacrifice. A home that felt like an arrival, not a retreat.

The challenge wasn’t just selling apartments. It was speaking to buyers entering a new life stage. Many were already Ascot locals who’d raised families in the surrounding streets and weren’t ready to leave the neighbourhood they loved. They wanted to stay close to their favourite café, their long-time hairdresser, the friends they’d meet for wine on a Friday. We needed a brand that honoured that connection. One that felt like the next chapter, not a departure.

The insight

What this audience truly valued was staying close to familiar social circles, walking to the bakery, bumping into neighbours on the street. They weren't just buying square metres. They were buying back into village life.

The idea

‘In good company' captured the emotional promise: being in the presence of people with whom one enjoys spending time. Not isolation, but connection. Not downsizing, but rightsizing into a more curated, more intentional life.

The Windermere

We knew we were in capable hands from day one. Theola understands our sector inside out, but it was the creative thinking that really surprised us, they brought ideas to the table that elevated the whole campaign. Even the display suite experience was considered down to the smallest detail. The project management was seamless, and the results speak for themselves.
