On the Gold Coast, a market increasingly shaped by interstate developers and copy-and-paste apartment schemes, Andrews had quietly built a reputation for something different. As a proudly local developer of high-end residences, their exclusive Gold Coast focus allowed them to secure some of the best sites in the city. Their commitment to the place and its people showed in projects of true quality and lasting value. But outside the industry, few knew their name.
Despite a portfolio of acclaimed projects, there was little public awareness of Andrews as a developer, their design-led approach, or the accountability that comes from being a builder as well as a developer. Every new project launch meant starting from scratch, with no brand equity to draw upon.
The insight
Our research revealed a local perception that the Gold Coast market was dominated by outsiders; developers without roots in the community, creating schemes that felt generic rather than contextual. Andrews had the local credibility and design-led track record to challenge this perception, they just needed a brand to match.
The idea
'Developing a beautiful future' captured Andrews' ambition on two levels; the quality and design intent of each project, but also a genuine care for the Gold Coast itself, for the people who live in their buildings and for those who have to live with them on the skyline.
The creative
We designed a brand and website architecture that accommodates all projects under one roof, so the connection between Andrews and their signature schemes is always clear. No more orphaned project brands; every launch now builds on the last.
